Streszczenie
Procedury estetyczne służące zwalczaniu procesów starzenia mogą być wykorzystane również jako leczenie wspomagające w przebiegu wielu chorób skóry. Chcąc je zastosować, zawsze należy postawić pytanie, czy nie spowoduje to pogorszenia podstawowego procesu chorobowego. Autorka artykułu koncentruje się na zabiegach z użyciem bioimplantów i osocza bogatopłytkowego u pacjentów z chorobami autoimmunizacyjnymi takimi jak twardzina układowa (leczenie mikrostomii i mikrochelii), twardzina typu en coup de sabre, toczeń układowy. Należy podkreślić, że ww. zabiegów nie stosuje się w aktywnej fazie danej choroby, a ich przeprowadzenie wymaga użycia produktów bardzo dobrej i sprawdzonej jakości. W żadnym razie nie mogą być wykonywane przez osoby nieuprawnione (niebędące lekarzami).

Abstract
Aesthetic procedures to combat the aging process can also be used as an complementary treatment for many skin diseases. When wishing to use them, the question should always be whether it will worsen the underlying disease process. The author of this article focuses on treatments with bioimplants and platelet-rich plasma in patients with autoimmune diseases such as systemic scleroderma (treatment of microstomia and microglia), scleroderma en coup de sabre, and systemic lupus. It should be emphasized that the abovementioned treatments are not used in the active
phase of the disease in question, and their performance requires the use of products of
very good and proven quality. In no case can they be performed by unauthorized (nonmedical) persons.
